Free Brand Audit
Everything begins with the audit — and it’s completely free. Not a loss-leader. Not a watered-down preview. A genuine, thorough review of where your brand currently stands across every digital channel we’d be working on.
Before we look at a single number, we ask the right questions. What’s your current revenue? What channels are you running? What’s your CAC, your ROAS, your conversion rate? What have you tried before? What didn’t work and why? Where do you want to be in 90 days, and in 12 months?
Then we look at the evidence. We review your ad account performance — campaign structure, creative fatigue, audience overlap, wasted spend. We audit your website for conversion blockers — page speed, checkout friction, trust signals. We assess your social presence, your marketplace listings, your SEO foundation. We map your full funnel and identify exactly where potential customers are dropping off.
The output is an honest, specific picture of your brand’s digital health — the strengths, the gaps, and the clearest path forward. No generic observations. No vague recommendations. Real, actionable findings based on your actual data.

Custom Growth Strategy
After the audit, we go away and build your strategy. This takes 2–3 working days — because a real strategy takes real time to construct, and anything faster is a template with your name on it.
We define the exact channels, tactics, creative approach, and budget allocation that your brand needs — based on your category, your competition, your current gaps, and your growth objectives. We don’t present a generic “full funnel playbook.” We present a plan that a competitor who knows your business could look at and immediately understand.
The strategy covers every service we’re recommending: which campaigns to build first, what creative direction to test, which audiences to target and in what sequence, what the website needs to support the traffic we’ll be sending, and what success looks like at 30, 60, and 90 days.
We walk you through the strategy personally — not via a recorded Loom or a PDF drop. You ask questions. We answer them. We align on objectives and timelines before a single rupee is committed.

Launch — Live in 7 Days
Once strategy is signed off, we move fast. Campaigns go live within 7 working days. Everything required to launch — ad account setup, pixel configuration, creative production, copywriting, audience builds, tracking verification — is handled entirely by us.
You don’t need to manage vendors. You don’t need to brief a separate creative team. You don’t need to follow up on access permissions or wait for someone to send you a form. We request what we need, we set up what needs to be set up, and we tell you when you’re live.
The first week of a campaign is a structured test phase — not an optimisation phase. We deploy the initial creative and audience set, establish baselines, and let the data accumulate before making judgements. We communicate exactly what we’re seeing, what signals we’re watching, and what we expect the data to look like after the first 7 days of spend.

Relentless Optimisation
This is where most agencies go quiet. The campaign is live, the retainer is paid, and optimisation becomes a monthly Zoom call with a slide deck full of screenshots. That’s not what happens here.
Optimisation at Growvex is a structured, weekly discipline. Every Monday, we review the previous week’s performance in full: ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and cost per conversion at the campaign, ad set, and ad level. We identify what’s outperforming, what’s underperforming, and what we’re changing this week — and why.
Creative is refreshed before fatigue sets in, not after performance has already dropped. Audiences are refined as we accumulate data on who’s actually converting, not who we assumed would. Bids are adjusted as the algorithm learns. Landing pages are flagged for CRO improvements if traffic isn’t converting. Every variable is watched. Nothing is left on autopilot.

Scale with Conviction
Scaling is not simply spending more money. Brands that scale budget without a proven system almost always see ROAS collapse as spend increases. Audiences saturate, creative wears out faster, and the algorithm struggles with the sudden change in bid dynamics. We’ve seen it happen. We know exactly how to avoid it.
We begin scaling only when three conditions are met: ROAS is consistent over at least three weeks, creative is proven across multiple audience segments, and the conversion funnel — landing page, checkout, product — can handle the increased volume without becoming a bottleneck.
When those conditions are in place, we scale in deliberate increments — typically 20–30% budget increases at a time, with 48–72 hours of performance monitoring between each step. We expand into new audience tiers sequentially, introduce new creative angles, and explore adjacent channels that compound the performance already being delivered.
The goal isn’t just a higher revenue number. It’s a higher revenue number at a sustainable CAC — a business you can continue to grow without eroding the margins that made it worth scaling in the first place.
